Our Products

We offer both antique originals and authentic museum quality reproductions of fine items from the Qing Dynasty through the current age. All of our products are handmade, unique and of high quality.

Substitutions: If an item that you have ordered cannot be delivered due to damage or lack of inventory, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value. If you are not satisfied with the substitution you may return it for a full refund, including all shipping and return costs. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Our Guarantee

We pride ourselves on offering exceptional customer service combined with high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with any product, you may return it within 14 days for a complete refund (shipping cost is nonrefundable).

Damage or Breakage: Damage is rare. Each package is insured when it leaved our warehouse and each package is carefully shipped to survive even the roughest trip. We advise all customers to carefully open the package and inspect the item thoroughly at that time. If damage has occurred, report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the package and include as much information regarding the damage as possible. You must keep all original packing and shipping material.

Ordering

After choosing a category you wish to browse, click on the picture or the name of the item you would like to view. This will take you to that item’s product page so you can view a larger picture and read more about the item. If you decide to purchase that item, you have two choices. You can either choose the “Add One to Basket” button to continue shopping or, select the “Buy One Now” button to go straight to checkout. If you select the “Add One to Basket” button, the “Quantity in Basket” will change from none to one. You can only add the item one at a time, to add more than one, select the “Add One to Basket” button again.

To view your shopping cart at anytime, select “Shopping Cart” from the top of the page, underneath the website banner. From this page, you can change the quantity in your cart by changing the number in your cart and pressing the “Update” button. You can also remove the item by pressing the “Remove” button on the left hand side of the screen.

Check Out: When you're finished shopping, click the "CHECKOUT" located at the top-right side of every page. If you have an account with us, please log in. If you do not have an account, you have two choices. You can choose to either “Create an Account” or choose to “Place Order without Account.” After entering your personal information (name, address, email address, and phone number), press the continue button on the bottom right hand side of the screen. Select your desired payment and shipping methods, and then press the “Continue” button. On the next screen, you will be able to verify the accuracy of your order. Pressing the “Continue” button from this page will take you either to the secure iTrust Strongbox (if you are paying via credit

You are done!

After your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Sales Tax: In accordance with applicable state law, a sales tax is added to all orders shipped to addresses within the same state from which the order is shipped. Since the shipping center is in Florida, sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (7%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

We use flat rate shipping and shipping costs correlate to the amount of merchandise you purchase:

Orders of $20 or less: $6.95

Orders of $100 or more: shipping is free

International Retail Orders: $25

Protecting your credit card and personal information is our highest priority. Shopping with us is 100% safe! Our biggest priority is to provide our customers with a fast, easy, and secure shopping experience. To achieve this, we utilize SSL (secure socket layer), the most advanced online ordering security system available. A Secure Server is used to encrypt you ordering information including your name, credit card information, and email. You can be certain you are on a secure server when you see a lock or key on the page and the first characters of the web address will change from http to https.

Privacy

We respect the privacy of every individual who visits our website. This Privacy Statement outlines the information we will collect as well as how we this information is used. We will never rent, sell or exchange e-mail addresses.

Your email information is collected so that we can send you verification that the order has been shipped, and send you tracking information. Additionally, periodically we may send out newsletters and/or promotional offers. We like to keep in contact with our customers! You can opt out at any time and we will stop sending your email. We ask for your phone number so the shipping company can contact you if they have trouble completing the delivery. Delivery will not be guaranteed if a valid phone number has not been provided. Provided that accurate and complete information has been provided, we will happily replace or refund any shipment that was lost in transit.
